How to choose the best?
Now that I have quickly explained to you what it is and what it is for, let’s get to the main thing, namely the criteria for choosing a good deckchair! Because not all of them are created equal, of course, and you have to be sure to choose the right one before buying. To do this, there are several elements to take into account:
The materials :
The first thing will be the materials, some are plastic and with a simple fabric, while others are much prettier for example in wood with a real quality canvas. Personally, I recommend the canvas deck chairs and wood, which are much more robust and will last longer.
The dimensions :
Although all deckchairs are similar in shape, they are not similar in size. Some are intended for adults, others for children, etc. Depending on the person for whom this deckchair is intended, you will have to adapt your choice.
The settings :
By adjustment, I mainly mean the possibility of having several positions. Some deckchairs unfold normally and offer a single position as mentioned above, semi-sitting/lying. But other models can then be adjustable, thus offering other positions more or less, therefore upright or lying down.
Aesthetics and design:
